The Annual Gowanus Artists Studio Tour artists' studios are in the area
bounded by Fifth Avenue, 10th Street, Court Street, and Baltic Street. There
are many convenient ways to reach the area. Read on for your directions.

From Manhattan: take the Manhattan Bridge. The MANHATTAN BRIDGE becomes FLATBUSH AVE. Go along Flatbush Avenue until you come to 3rd Avenue, take a right onto 3rd Avenue. Once along 3rd Avenue you will see Butler Street and then Douglass Street.
From Long Island and Connecticut: Take the LIE/495 West to the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (BQE/278) West. Take the Tillary St/Manhattan Bridge Exit. Stay in the left lanes, at second light, turn left onto Flatbush Avenue. Take a right onto 3rd Avenue. Once along 3rd Avenue you will see Butler Street and then Douglass Street.
From New Jersey: Take the New Jersey Turnpike, take exit 13 to Goethals Bridge/Staten Island. Merge onto 278 E (Staten Island Expressway) toward the VERRAZANO BRIDGE. Cross the BRIDGE, and 278 E becomes the BROOKLYN-QUEENS EXPWY (BQE/278). Take Exit number 26B off 278 to HAMILTON AVE. Stay straight to go onto HAMILTON AVE. Turn right onto Hicks Street. Turn right onto Union Street. Cross the Canal and park.
